Finish sanding to achieve semi gloss finish for solid surface projects

Coving created using 1/2" stick routed then hand sanded - no "v" grooving or Liquid Coving
Custom shower pans that are shaved, not heated and pressed to meet a mold
- Pans are created using 1/2" thick material with additional 1/2" thick backing to give solid foundation
1/2" material used on shower walls and pan
- It is possible to use 1/4" material on shower walls, but no color match is available to custom pan!
